At Ubie, we have no managers in an organization of 200 members. Instead of a hierarchical organization, we have an autonomous, decentralized organization with “Holacracy.” Instead of a dedicated recruiter, everyone at Ubie drives the hiring process. Instead of a pay raise system tied to individual performance, we have a system where everyone automatically gets a raise tied to business growth. To be agile and adapt to changing user/business needs, we have 500+ deployments and 200+ user interviews per year.
