I’ve had a stuffy nose for about two months now, and it’s getting quite annoying. It’s gotten so bad to the point where I’m up all night because I literally can’t breathe. I've tried a saline rinse, but nothing comes out. Saline spray doesn’t work, allergy medicine doesn’t work; nothing seems to work. I’m really getting frustrated and tired of this. It’s mostly at night and it’s mostly on the left side, but it tends to switch a lot. I really don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve been up all night, and yesterday was the same, because of the stuffy nose. When I can’t breathe, I’m uncomfortable. I’ve tried sitting up and keeping my head elevated, but it’s still stuffy, even worse. What are the possible conditions based on my symptoms?
