Early symptoms of COVID infection often include fever, sore throat, cough, fatigue, and headache.

Explanation

Fatigue, fever, cough, sore throat, and headache are often seen initially. However, there are cases where changes in taste or smell may also occur first. Furthermore, fever does not necessarily come first. Sometimes the initial symptoms are just sore throat or headache. If you are concerned, wear a mask and get tested.
