I have a cut-like ulcer on the tip of my tongue, which looks more white and red. I've had this before because it's right where my permanent retainer hits. On an inner fold of my vagina (distinct from my clitoris or labia), I have a very small red, raw spot. It is not blistering, and there is nothing anywhere else. It's painful to the touch and red, but not itchy. Given these symptoms, I am unsure if I might have an STD.
