Try to avoid being outside when it is very hot and sunny, especially during the middle of the day. When you have to be outside, wear light clothing, a hat, and use sunscreen to protect your skin. It is also important to take breaks in a cool, shaded area or indoors with air conditioning. Remember, if you feel any of these symptoms while out in the heat, it’s best to get to a cool place and rest until you feel better.
