I have already seen a rheumatologist within the past year because of a positive ANA result. Not my favorite doctor, to put it politely. My PCP wants to refer me for a second opinion to another rheumatologist because she believes I might have lupus. I was surprised to see that the first result Ubie gave based on my symptoms was SLE (lupus). I downloaded the report to show her because it might be helpful in the future.

The questionnaire was very thorough. I appreciate that they provided several different illnesses that could possibly match what I'm feeling. Plus, it was free! No credit card needed and no pressure to sign up for anything!

The AI doesn't overreact or make me panic when anything relating to the heart or chest is mentioned. I feel confident that I can check my symptoms and make an informed decision about seeking care.

All the questions were comprehensive, and I was able to communicate my concerns without the process feeling too generalized. This was extremely helpful, especially after receiving the results with resources to doctors, recommendations, information about concerning symptoms, and a finalized list of symptoms to bring to my doctor. Overall, this is one of the best medical questionnaires I've taken. Thank you Ubie.

I had sudden symptoms that were concerning. Thanks to Ubie's symptom checker, I was given the guidance needed to contact a doctor right away. I would have procrastinated, if not for the recommendation given. If not for this service, my continued dismissal of my symptoms could have resulted in a major medical emergency. Thank you for making it simple and informative.

Before using Ubie, I felt that my symptoms sounded crazy and unrelated. This experience has validated that I’m not crazy and that I’m not alone.

The symptom checker helped me get a better idea of what was going on with me and eased my anxiety. Ubie even helped find me a doctor in my network, whom I'm consulting right away!

Helped me understand my symptoms and let me know if I should be worried or not. It gave me the signal that I could wait a few days to seek care if symptoms worsened. Very grateful Ubie helped ease my mind.

I saw a doctor two days ago and was diagnosed with a bacterial infection. After starting antibiotics, I felt a bit better and decided to mow the lawn. I then became very nauseous, lightheaded, and panicky. I started looking up symptoms just to keep my mind busy and prevent a panic attack, which eventually led me to Ubie. I have to say, the diagnosis of a cold was right there along with my bacterial sinus infection, and after adding today’s symptoms, Ubie's suggestion of a heat stroke seemed like a strong possibility. I was able to get my temperature down and am now resting, thanks to Ubie. I used the information from Ubie to calm my fears by narrowing down my mind’s exaggerated thoughts. Then I used the guide Ubie provided to share my symptoms and possible causes with my physician, which helped give them clarity on what direction to take.

Ubie gave me a direction to go in when looking into possible autoimmune immune symptoms. I found it very helpful. I now plan on booking an appointment and seeing a doctor soon.

The downloadable symptoms list is a game-changer for me. Also, the suggestions for narrowing down on possible conditions. I found this website to be supremely helpful for me today with what I needed to accomplish. Thank you. I will book an appointment and see a doctor right away.

Ubie helped me understand my symptoms and what I need to speak to my doctor about. It also gave me a comprehensive resource to go over with my doctor.

Ubie gave me a less intrusive way of testing to figure out what can be happening in my body and mind, and to decide to seek help accordingly. Then, they even help you find the help you need in the form of doctors, treatments etc. I feel like I received a free do-it-yourself consultation full of knowledge that helps a ton.

I tend to be the kind of person that just ignores my symptoms or health until I'm on death's doorstep and am forced to go to the doctor, but after talking to Ubie, I realize I really do need to get to the doctor right away. Ubie aptly predicted that I might have leukemia. Leukemia and multiple myeloma run in my family, and I'm around the age my grandmother was when she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. She passed away a few years after that, but I'm going to make sure I see a doctor ASAP; I don't want a family-repeat of the same thing.

I have been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, but recently have been thinking I have something that needs more intensive and direct treatment, like Multiple Sclerosis. Ubie suggested that I look at a couple different possible conditions, and I REALLY appreciated how detailed it was! I loved that I could add specifics and that it asked me to follow up on symptoms with more clarification. It genuinely feels like the people who developed Ubie care about helping people find the right resources and information to get an accurate diagnosis and find proper care. No other website has compared to my experience with Ubie, and as someone with a chronic disability, I have had an exorbitant amount of experience. The fact that this was all free was beyond my belief. I am amazed and grateful.

I used to use a few other symptom checker websites before today, but after trying Ubie, I’ve found that it has a lot of positive aspects that will make me come back to it for both myself and my family members. A lot of competing websites feel too clinical and “scary,” but this one exudes a sense of, ‘Relax, it’s going to be fine.’ It doesn’t stop at design—the UI is user-friendly and straightforward. The search engine is easy to understand, and the terms are written mostly in layman’s language, which is very helpful. I can see even my grandparents being able to use this site. All of the questions felt relevant and useful. Some of the follow-up questions even reminded me of symptoms I had forgotten to report, which improved the accuracy of the results. Obviously, this isn’t a replacement for a medical professional’s advice, but I can see myself using it to encourage others to book an appointment—or to help me prepare for a conversation with my own doctor. Overall, I’d give it a confident 10/10. Thanks, Ubie!

A few of the predictions Ubie made based on my symptoms make a lot of sense to me. Especially with the rheumatoid problems I have and the fact I always show a lot of inflammation when I get blood work done.

Using this symptom checker definitely helped me feel less anxious about what I have going on. I’ve used it several other times and it has always been helpful - especially when my symptoms feel vague. Ubie helps me pick out specific qualities in my symptoms, which not only tells me what specific issues I could be having, but also for use when I visit my doctor and need to fully explain what’s going on.

The questions on other symptom checker sites tend to not have answers that fit my case. Ubie had options to accurately describe symptoms. It was easy to use, doesn’t take too long, and makes good recommendations for what action to take in each scenario. Very helpful.
