About the Symptom
It refers to difficulty to focus on one's vision in a way that the eyes can't shift their focus from one object to another without experiencing blurry vision. The lens of the eye is responsible for focusing from far to near and with cataract changes this can cause difficulty with focusing. A change in the corneal surface, such as with dry eyes, may also cause difficulty focusing.
