A psychological disorder that can be very distressing to the patient. It is often caused by anxiety or underlying emotional trauma.
Feeling breathless
Episodes of sudden, severe anxiety or fear
Decreased sensation over skin
Feeling more sensitive or irritable
Constantly in fear of the next panic attack
Difficulty sleeping (Insomnia)
Fearing that if the breathlessness continues, death is imminent
