Dysthymia is a continuous long-term (chronic) form of depression. There may be lose of interest in normal daily activities, feeling of hopeless, lacking productivity, and having low self-esteem and an overall feeling of inadequacy.
Decrease in ambition and motivation
Fears that are sometimes irrational or illogical
Concentration is getting worse
Feeling tired and unmotivated the whole day
